COPE provides direct services and referrals for at-risk individuals who live in Greater Brockton
through its drop-in center in downtown Brockton and community outreach efforts. COPE provides
one-to-one risk assessment for HIV/AIDS, referrals to healthcare and human service agencies, and
education and information that encourage HIV/AIDS prevention and practical harm-reduction techniques
