Luiza Arbain joined PharmaHealth Pharmacy in June of 1997.
In 2004, she graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, Boston, MA, where she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D). She had previously transferred her education from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, Dartmouth, MA. She had been studying chemistry there from 1998-2001.
As the Pharmacist in charge at the Hawthorn Medical location, Ms. Arbain has taken on the responsibility of maintaining ideal operation standards for the pharmacy. She is in charge of maintaining the necessary equipment and reference texts in accordance with requirements. She is also responsible for the proper maintenance of pharmacy records and for pharmacy security.
Ms. Arbain is responsible for the establishment of the policies and procedures that are to be carried out inside of the pharmacy. She is also responsible for the monitoring and enforcement of those policies and procedures.
Additionally, it is Ms. Arbain's responsibility to maintain adequate staff in the pharmacy. She is also in charge of taking the inventory of schedules II, III, IV, and V substances.
