Congratulations Amy on a Job Well Done!
The Red Cross of the Berkshires, a new client of PharmaHealth Pharmacy, has praised the services received by PharmaHealth and its staff member, Amy Goetz.
While reviewing a new patient's profile, Amy observed the profile included an inconsistent dosage of a medication and sought the advice of two pharmacists. They both agreed the patient's dosage was inconsistent with normal protocol.
The patient's physician was then contacted for medication and dosage confirmation. In turn, the physician notified the Red Cross that their local pharmacy had been incorrectly dispensing the medication.
The outstanding display of professional service and efforts by Amy have not only left a favorable impression but now recognize PharmaHealth in the scope of the Red Cross, physicians and patients, as what differentiates us from all the rest.
