PharmaHealth Pharmacy also provides a variety of drug usage reports upon request. Our most Commonly used "color coded charting form" is a medication administration record (MAR). Other types include medication observation records (MOR), medication supervision record (MSR), physician order sheets, regimen reports, and patient profile summaries.
